The Missing

Cate Blanchett im Wilden Westen: "The Missing" auf ProSieben

In 19th century New Mexico, directed by Ron Howard, Tommy Lee Jones comes back to New Mexico to make amends with his daughter, Cate Blanchett, but her daughter is kidnapped.

The acting in this movie was really good. The story wasn’t all that interesting. It could have been, but it dragged in places and seemed disjointed in others. It was overall very weird.

It seemed like the characters were going in various directions and didn’t seem like the actors were able to stay in their characters in various scenes. I feel like it was more of a directing problem rather than an acting one.
