1. I thought Vanessa had a bit of an obsession with the Big Brother team and I’m not sure what that is about, I understand teams may not want to partner or be BFFs but why be snarky?

2. I was a little shocked at Rachel’s odd assortment of talents in this leg, but it was impressive all the same! I wish she wouldn’t cry though.

3. Yes, I believe that one said he’d strung guitars and so I thought it would be easier for them. I guess they should have switched sooner but since the bottle dance was a disaster I’m not sure it would have helped.

I liked that each chapter was from a different character’s point of view, although it was not always the easiest to keep the chronological order straight in my head. I also had a hard time with some of the variety of names, because there’s the name, the nickname, the house name and motto and all sorts of stuff! Also there are sometimes references to people and I have no idea who they are talking about, usually it’s minor, but I hope things get explained more clearly down the line!

1. I was a little surprised that they were able to navigate as well as they did, but in some ways it made sense that they could put the solar thing together quickly. The math was more impressive to me, because long division is hard!

2. The Big Brother team is very dramatic and emotional, I agree she was just wasting time with her crying and I was kinda shocked how nice the guy was trying to calm her down.

3. I’m happy they are gone, not because I didn’t like them as people, but I don’t like clowns. Had they stayed on the race, we probably would have seen more of the clown noses and the phrase “tears of a clown”, which I can definitely do without!

2. The episode did seem to be over as soon as it started but then they had to spend time introducing us to the teams. I think they premiere episode should be longer so we can have more race time after the introductions. I am glad there was no airport drama since I usually find that boring.

3. My picks for the final three: Twin brothers, gun ladies and Big Brother (because there is usually one annoying team in the final three).

1. I was making the same face as Phil when they didn’t see him, and he’s standing with a huge color mat – why did their golf skills not work?!
2. It did seem to move very fast but I think they spent some time introducing teams and then the whole bike riding thing was weird. I’m sure it will slow down once some teams are gone.
3. My picks for final 3 – AZ twins, gun ladies, border agents!

1. I think the comments are a bit mean, it’s super easy to say you would have done better when you know you won’t have to do it. I’m guessing Zac is used to it and perhaps why he sailed around the world by himself.

2. I was shocked at the lack of bunny excitement – I thought it was an awesome task and I loved Marcus’ enthusiasm! i wish this was a weekly sport with fantasy leagues of bunnies!

3. I don’t know that the U-Turn had much of an impact, because it was more people getting lost that changed the lineup. I think the teams that were picked were probably good choices. I was surprised by the farmers reaction because they know it’s getting close to final 3 and people have to be strategic and take any advantage they can – I’m sure it doesn’t feel good to be U Turned, but it really shouldn’t be anything to get upset about at another team. Also, they got to do the bunny race, so that is a plus!

1. I’m going to be wild and guess the snowboarders!
2. I liked the non elimination in the first leg, it’s hard to see people so geared up for a huge race just to be out after one day. Continuation legs are crazy but I think it’s interesting to see how the teams react to them. I think it was interesting the time that one team didn’t even leave LA so I wonder if they would do that again?
3. I feel that it is a little weird about the whole Twitter thing – I thought that before the show started it was kinda secret who was on the race etc but stranger things have happened on the internet, so for the showgirls’ sake, I’m glad the passport got back to them.
4. I am not a fan of Survivor people being on Amazing Race, I feel like for the most part the teams are very genuine people, and having a team that’s been through a similar reality show takes away from that for me. But I also understand that it’s a good strategy to cross over fans of one show to another, so I don’t blame CBS for doing it.

I think this episode did have some time wasting stuff in it. I was neutral on Sookie and Eric’s chit chat, Eric had some cute moments but it’s a little awkward. I don’t know if it will continue when he gets his memories back, it would be nice if there could be a stable relationship on this show. I am more than ready for Pam to be fixed, I would like her to take out the witch as well! I never want to see Tommy again, but I doubt that will happen – he is totally messed up and the whole skinwalker thing freaks me out!
I insist that Jason save Jessica – I was impressed that he figured it out and I hope he’s in time! I really like Jessica and would hate for her to be off the show.
