When I first heard about Monsters vs. Aliens, I thought it was the typical kid animation film that I could ignore, and I thought the blue blob was a bit of a ripoff from the green blob in Ghostbusters. I do find the trailers have won me over. The Haunting movie looks like it could be pretty creepy or it could be like all the other horror movies that come out these days and that could make it predictable. Finally, there is a movie directed by Renny Harlin who made the blockbuster Cutthroat Island! Don’t all line up for 12 Rounds at once.
