The Last Exorcism could provide some cheap thrills. The Takers wants so hard to be cool, but looks like it fails. I’d rather watch the bank robber in Mesrine than any of them.

My Take: I was hoping it would look scarier, but it makes me want to just want to watch The Exorcist instead.
RT Score: 52% RT Consensus: It doesn’t fully deliver on the chilly promise of its Blair Witch-style premise, but The Last Exorcism offers a surprising number of clever thrills.
